Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Tourismsoft.com and its associated applications. By using the platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Last updated: January 2026

1. Scope of Service

Tourismsoft provides SaaS-based technology infrastructure for travel booking and distribution. Services include: B2C portal, B2B agency system, API integrations and white-label solutions.

2. User Responsibilities

• Keeping account information confidential
• Not providing false or misleading information
• Not misusing the system or gaining unauthorized access
• Respecting intellectual property rights

3. Bookings and Payment

Once a booking is completed, the relevant supplier's cancellation and modification conditions apply. Tourismsoft cannot be held responsible for the supplier's own prices and conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tourismsoft cannot be held responsible for losses arising from platform technical failures, third-party service interruptions or force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to the relevant service fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design and content on the platform belongs to Tourismsoft. It may not be copied, distributed or used to create derivative works without permission.

6. Changes

Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published means you have accepted the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish Law. Disputes shall be resolved at Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices.
